We buy hand-slaughtered meat locally from Halal-certified stores. And we do not even use any ingredients which are doubtful - like mace and nutmeg.

We are Alberta Health Services Approved  and we are food safety certified. All food is prepared with strict hygiene protocols in place in an AHS approved Commercial Kitchen. This is NOT home made. Your health and satisfaction are our top priorities.

Is this a restaurant, or Home-based?
We cook in a commercial kitchen (AHS-approved). Our Biryani is not home-cooked (as that is illegal), and we are not a restaurant. Orders are only available for pickup.
Do you cater events or weddings?
Yes we do, however we only supply the food in catering trays, and not arrangements related to it.
Do you serve anything other than biryani?
We only do biryani — chicken and beef (boneless shank). No other mains.
Can I place an order?

How far in advance do I need to order?
Single plates (Friday only): order by Thursday 4pm. Party trays: 2–3 days' notice required (more if its a busy season).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and E-transfer.
Where are you located?
Pickup is from Desrochers Area, South Edmonton. Near: 703 Daniels Way SW, Edmonton, AB T6W 1A7.
Is it available everyday?
Chicken Single plate is available on Friday only. Party trays are available every day (Pre-order).
Is this Halal?
Yes everything is Halal, we do not even use ingredients such as nutmeg and mace. Meat is hand-slaughtered.
How spicy is it?
It's authentic Karachi-style — genuinely spicy.
Do you deliver?
No, pickup only. From the Desrochers area in South Edmonton (near 703 Daniels Way SW, T6W 1A7)
